NEW & RETURNING PLAYERS REGISTRATION

Copy of Players Birth Certificate is required for New & Returning Players.

RETURNING PLAYERS

Returning players have the option of remaining on same team or going back into the player pool.


RETURNING TEAMS

 Returning teams need to register as a team with only the players that were on your SPRING 2006 ROSTER
   

PLAYING FORMAT – U-5 & U-6 TEAMS (MUST BE 4 by July 31, 2006)

 U-5 &  6 Teams will play 4 v 4 with a maximum roster size of eight (8).

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Before player assignment to a team, registration fee less $30 administrative processing fee. No refunds after player assigned to a team. Refunds will ONLY be issued if a family moves out of the Dallas North Soccer area prior to start of the season or if the child is unable to participate due to injury or illness as documented by a physician. Conflicts with schedules are not grounds for a refund. If we are unable to place your child on a team, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued at the end of the season. AFTER FIRST GAME NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! All refund requests must be sent in writing attention Refund Committee.
